 joined Workplace Transformation, Inc. in April of 1995. In addition to US based companies, he has worked extensively in Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Slovakia and Serbia. In addition to implementing the Continuous Improvement process within organizations, he has specialized in Leadership Skills development training.
Terry’s first professional industrial work experience was with Lakeshore, Inc., a leading defense manufacturer and distributor of heavy construction equipment located in Iron Mountain, MI. He was the Assistant Personnel Manager and Safety Director for 3 manufacturing plants and 12 Midwest and Western Distribution facilities that sold products for the marine, mining and construction industries.
After moving his family to the Pacific Northwest, Terry joined Atlas Copco-Wagner a designer and manufacturer of mobile underground mining vehicles located in Portland, OR. They are a leading competitor in a worldwide market. As Employee Relations Manager/ Safety Director, Terry was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Labor Relations and Safety.
Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree, plus has 18 years of industrial experience prior to joining Workplace Transformation, Inc.
